Refunds & Exchanges

Before ordering please read all information regarding a product.  If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.  I can communicate in English and German.

You must request a cancellation of your order before the product is shipped.  If the product is already shipped, you must return the product unopened and the cost of the shipping lies on the customer.  Once we have received the product and are satisfied it has not been opened, we may carry out a refund through the same method of payment you have used.  Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.  If you have used Twint as payment, I will be able to transfer the money via Twint.

If you decide you would like to exchange a product for example the pattern of material is not what you wanted, you may only exchange the product if it is unopened and the cost of return shipping and shipping back to you will be paid for by you the customer.
